Combinations indicating a native would be subjected to black magic are:

1] Bādhakeśa associating with the 6^th House or Lord; or

2] 6^th Lord in 1^st, 7^th, or 12^th house as Mars occupies or aspects Lagna; or

3] Ketu in 1^st, 4^th, or 10^th House as Mars occupies or aspects Lagna.

This is the chart of a client of mine. There are 2 combinations of abhichara/black magic.

1] Bādhakeśa Saturn is in the 6^th House.

2] Ketu is in the 10^th House while Mars is aspecting Lagna.

The native’s legs developed severe swelling which made mobility pretty difficult. [Saturn affects legs]. Health in general was also affected with fever, sleeplessness, headaches. The native could feel some negative energy around him/her especially at night. Mars-Ketu are also causing Piśācha Bādhaka.
